Biographical Notes in German: geborene Ilse Kramp, erste Erfahrungen im Filmgeschäft als Verleih-Mitarbeiterin, nach 1945 Theaterleiterin der Kurlichtsppiele in Obersdorf/Allgäu, mit dem Chef der deutschen Warner Bros., Hans Kubaschewski. Im Oktober 1949 gründete Ilse Kubaschewski ihre eigene Firma, die Gloria-Film GmbH.

Aktive Produzentin und Verleiherin des deutschen Kinos der 50er und 60er Jahre mit Gespür für puplikumswirksame Filme, darunter die '08/15-Trilogie', 'Die Trapp-Familie' (mit über 15 Millionen Zuschauern!), 'Nachts wenn der Teufel kam', später die 'Angélique-Filme' oder Artur Brauners "Winnetou". Ihre GLORIA zeigte in Deutschland aber auch bedeutsame Filme wie Fellinis 'Dolce Vita".

In den 70er Jahren wurde ihre GLORIA Film durch die Constantin-Film auf den zweiten Platz verdrängt, 1974 verkaufte sie ihre Anteile und zog sich langsam aus dem Geschäft zurück. Die Gloria ging 1978 in Konkurs.
