Jenny Jugo was born on June 14, 1905 in Mürzzuschlag, Steiermark. She was an Austrian Actress, known for Allotria (1936), Die grosse Sehnsucht (1930), Träum' nicht, Annette! (1949), Jenny Jugo's first movie on record is from 1925. Jenny Jugo died on September 30, 2001 in Schwaighofen, Oberbayern. Her last motion picture on file dates from 1958.
Biographical Notes in German: Eigentlich Eugenie Walter, Schulen in Wien und Graz, 1921 Heirat mit dem Schauspieler Emo Jugo, dessen Name sie nach der Ehe behielt. Erich Pommer brachte sie 1924 zum Film, einige bemerkenswerte Stummfilmrollen wie etwa in "Die Hose", "Looping the Loop" oder "Die Carmen von St. Pauli". 1927 spielte sie als Carlotta die Partnerin von Ivan Mosjoukin in Aleksandr Volkovs "Casanova". In den dreissiger Jahren vor allem Lustspiele, nach 1945 zog sie sich nach drei Filmen vom Kino zurück. 1971 mit dem Filmband in Gold ausgezeichnet.
